management system in LIDEX. The audit demonstrated full compliance of the
system with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2000 standard, its continuous
development and improvement of control procedures, and it reaffirmed that
the services and support we provide are of the highest quality.
We are also proud to share with you the Auditor’s opinion, which stressed
visible involvement and dedication of the entire LIDEX team in customer
service and in meeting all your expectations and requirements. We are very
pleased with this opinion, and, after the Customer Golden Laurels and the
Customer Friendly Company Emblem, it comes as yet another external
acknowledgement that
