On September 3rd, 2009, the strategic external audit was conducted in LIDEX company,
summing up the three-year period of operations of the Quality Management System. BSI
company – the entity supervising and certifying our system recognised that:
The period revealed substantial capability of the organisation to maintain and improve
the Quality Management System. The organisation deals with the Quality Management System
in a very reliable way. The system activities are understood and actions are performed
with an aim to improve business operations efficiency. The Company's commitment brought
about the achievement of considerable results, as stable and high quality of provided
services was maintained. Implemented activities constitute a mechanism that is consistent
with business processes of the company. The quality system is among those used to manage the Organisation.
What is more, during current inspection, there were no cases of non-conformance detected.
With regard to the above, we are pleased to inform you that LIDEX company was granted
a ISO 9001:2008 compliance recommendation for the next 3 years.
