The leader in the field of standardization and certification, the British
Standards Institution (BSI), carried out another audit of our quality
management system in LIDEX. The audit demonstrated full compliance of the
system with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2000 standard, its continuous
development and improvement of control procedures, and it reaffirmed that
the services and support we provide are of the highest quality.
We are also proud to share with you the Auditor’s opinion, which stressed
visible involvement and dedication of the entire LIDEX team in customer
service and in meeting all your expectations and requirements. We are very
pleased with this opinion, and, after the Customer Golden Laurels and the
Customer Friendly Company Emblem, it comes as yet another external
acknowledgement that

We at LIDEX are just as happy and proud to report to you that for the third time in a row LIDEX has received the "Customer Golden Laurels" in the Translation Services category granted by the readers of the Przegl?d Gospodarczy magazine.
This triple ”gold” has made us eligible for yet another exceptional honour – the GRAND PRIX in the Customer Laurels 2008 competition.

The latest 2008 edition of the Book of Lists is already out in the market. The periodical is edited by the Warsaw Business Journal.
