2017-07-18: Silesian monuments inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List
At the end of December 2014, the Katowice branch office of LIDEX Translations and Conference Service Centre translated from Polish into English the first UNESCO application for the Society of Friends of History of the Tarnowskie Góry Land.
3 years and hundreds of pages later, on 9 July 2017, the Historic Silver Mine, Black Trout Adit, as well as 26 other structures and sites were inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
Inscription on the UNESCO list means first of all international recognition. It is a guarantee of tourists' interest and presence in the international circulation of information. We are very pleased that we could contribute to this enormous success.
